Is support available?
Yes! Included in your subscription price we provide a live person available to speak to you during normal business hours M-F (8-5 Eastern)! You can visit the AnswerZone to find answers and watch videos of your most common questions 24/7 and you can also submit ticket requests which will be responded to within twenty-four hours
Can I access ServiceTycoon from anywhere?
Yes! If you have an internet connection you can access your account. You can also access ServiceTycoon on any web-enabled mobile device.
How much does ServiceTycoon cost?
The cost of ServiceTycoon is based on the number of login users you will have. We offer a month-to-month service with no contract, as well as discounted pricing for six, twelve, and twenty-four month prepays.
How can I pay for my ServiceTycoon subscription?
ServiceTycoon accepts all major credit cards as well as the option to have your monthly payments automatically debited from your checking or savings account. We can accept purchase orders. We do not take checks.
Is a monthly subscription fee right for me?
Yes! Paying a monthly fee gives you access to ServiceTycoon from any internet connection. This means if your computer crashes, gets lost, or stolen, all your data is safe and you can continue to run your business. In addition, you’ll never have to buy another piece of software! Instead of having to buy a new system every 1-2 years as your software becomes obsolete, you’ll always have a state of the art system with ServiceTycoon, because all of our upgrades & enhancements are included in the price. If you get a new mobile device, you don’t have to transfer our service because it’s already there. We also include support, maintenance, setup assistance, and many other services in our price.
I don’t see my business on the industry list, how can I tell if this will work for my business?

What size business does ServiceTycoon fit?
We provide a complete solution for small to medium sized businesses, franchises, and dealers of any size. We are also great for large companies who work with independent contractors. If you don’t fit into one of those categories, please contact our parent company, ClickSoftware www.clicksoftware.com.
Can I get my existing contacts into ServiceTycoon?
Yes! If you use QuickBooks, you can download the ServiceTycoon Accounting Sync Module & import your contacts directly!
Can I import my contacts if I am not using QuickBooks?
Yes! By putting your contacts into an Excel spreadsheet we can import your contacts for you
Can I personalize ServiceTycoon?
Yes! From the Setup area, click on “Customize” to add your custom fields. Also, we do our best to personalize the terminology you use within the software.
Can I upload files into ServiceTycoon?
Yes! From any customer folder there is an Attachment Dashboard to help you upload any file types
Can the product schedule teams or groups?
Yes! ServiceTycoon can schedule both teams, groups, or individuals for each appointment
Does ServiceTycoon offer reports?
Yes! ServiceTycoon allows you to report on a number of different statistics. Because we’re always increasing our reporting capabilities, please contact us for a complete list of reports.
Can ServiceTycoon keep track of my customer history?
Yes! From any customer folder there is an Activities Dashboard to keep track of any conversation, email, notes, or appointments you have for that customer
Do you secure my data?
Yes! We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that protects information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users within customer organization is provided with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a user logs in.
Do you use “cookies”?
No! We do not use “cookies” to store any confidential information
Is ServiceTycoon compatible with my web-browser?
Yes if you’re using Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari
Do you back up my data?
Yes! We have a three-tier backup architecture with daily complete backup to multiple data centers
Can I back up my data myself?
Yes! Under each of the head tabs, when you do a search, you will see an option to export the information to Excel
